Crispy, golden pani puri shells ready to fry and serve. This 1kg valued pack combines wheat and corn flour with corn starch for that perfect crunch your customers crave. Each batch includes our signature spiced water masala to complete the experience.

Contains gluten and is prepared with edible oil. 

🔥 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS – PANI PURI / GOLGAPPA DISCS

Deep Fry (Best Result):

• Heat oil to 180°C.

• Fry frozen discs for 10–15 seconds until they puff up and turn golden.

• Remove and drain excess oil on paper towel.

Air Fry:

• Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

• Place discs in single layer.

• Air fry for 2–3 minutes, shaking halfway, until puffed and crisp.
